What Remedial Massage Can Help With
Clients most often see me for:
- Neck, shoulder and upper back tension
- Lower back pain and stiffness
- Tension headaches
- Recovery from sport, training or physical work
- Strain from desk work, driving or long hours on your feet
- Aches and tightness that just won't shift
- Overall stress relief and relaxation
There's no need to choose between remedial and relaxation massage when you book. Just tell me on the day whether you'd like me to address any issues or you're looking for overall stress relief. Or both!
